The Harringtons wanted their guests to watch the cooking, not just eat the result, for a Valentine’s dinner with close friends.

Their open kitchen meant every moment of the service would be on show.

We set the kitchen island as a chef’s counter, with Chef Julien and Theo cooking and explaining each course while our server poured the pairings.

Guests left with printed menus and recipes, and two of them booked their own dinners within a month.
