Emma and Daniel wanted their cocktail hour to feel like a garden party, with drinks that told their story.

The ceremony ran late, and the bar had to serve 160 guests in twenty minutes before dinner.

Amara created two signature cocktails, “The Proposal” and “Lowcountry Sunset”, pre-batched for speed, and we ran two copper bars at either end of the garden while servers passed five canapés.

Every guest had a drink within six minutes of the ceremony ending. The couple’s planner now recommends us to all her clients.
